환불 정책

1. 구독 플랜
Affivra는 다음과 같은 구독 플랜을 제공합니다:
- Plus: 월정액 구독 (₩5,900/월, ¥600/月, $5.9/mo)
- AI Plus: 월정액 구독 (₩8,900/월, ¥900/月, $8.9/mo)
2. 환불 조건
Plus (월정액 구독)
첫 결제일로부터 7일 이내이며 프리미엄 기능을 실질적으로 사용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불이 가능합니다. 갱신 결제의 경우 갱신일로부터 48시간 이내에 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다.
AI Plus (월정액 구독)
첫 결제일로부터 7일 이내이며 AI 기능을 실질적으로 사용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불이 가능합니다. 갱신 결제의 경우 갱신일로부터 48시간 이내에 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다.
3. 환불 불가 사유
- 환불 요청 기한(7일 또는 48시간)이 경과한 경우
- 프리미엄 기능을 상당 부분 사용한 경우
- 프로모 코드로 무료 활성화한 경우
- 이용약관 위반으로 계정이 정지된 경우
4. 구독 취소
Plus 및 AI Plus 월정액 구독은 언제든 취소할 수 있습니다:
- 앱 내 설정 > 구독 관리 > "구독 관리" 버튼
- 취소 후에도 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 프리미엄 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
5. 환불 절차
- 환불 요청: [email protected]으로 이메일
- 필요 정보: 계정 이메일, 결제 날짜, 환불 사유
- 처리 기간: 요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 3~5일
- 환불 방법: 원래 결제 수단으로 환불 (Paddle 통해 처리)
6. 서비스 중단 시
운영자의 사유로 서비스가 중단될 경우, 활성 구독의 미사용 기간에 대해 비례 환불을 제공합니다.

2. Refund Eligibility
Plus (Monthly Subscription)
Full refund available within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not substantially used the premium features. For renewal charges, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal date.
AI Plus (Monthly Subscription)
Full refund available within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not substantially used the AI features. For renewal charges, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund request period (7 days or 48 hours) has expired
- Premium features have been substantially used
- Subscription was activated via a promotional code
- Account was suspended due to terms of service violation
4. Cancellation
Plus and AI Plus monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time:
- In-app Settings > Subscription > "Manage Subscription" button
- After cancellation, premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

- Required info: Account email, payment date, reason for refund
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt
- Refund method: Original payment method (processed via Paddle)
6. Service Discontinuation
If the Service is discontinued by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of active subscriptions.
